Returns and refunds

At J. Feral Consulting, all services are customized, strategic consulting experiences tailored to each client. Due to the nature of digital and consulting services, all sales are final.
No Refunds

Once a consultation, strategy session, review, workshop, or digital service has been purchased, booked, started, or delivered, refunds will not be issued.

No Returns

J. Feral Consulting does not sell physical products. Therefore, returns are not applicable.

Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice. Requests made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may result in forfeiture of the session.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By purchasing a service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. Any unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in refusal of future services.
